The Camping des Aulnaies is located at 1399, de la Seigneurie (Road 132) in Saint-Roch des Aulnaies, province of Québec (Canada), on the south shore of the St-Lawrence, along the main axis, Montréal and Gaspé, close to the main highway of the province (20 or Jean-Lesage). For those travelling West-East (Montréal-Gaspé), leave the highway at Exit 414 in St-Jean-Port-Joli and take Road 204 (1.5 km to the north). When you get to the intersection of Roads 204 and 132, turn East (9 km East of this intersection). (5 km East of the restaurant "La Roche à Veillon").

For those travelling East-west, (Gaspé-Montréal), take Exit 430 off Highway 20, at St-Roch-des-Aulnaies (8 km at West on Road 132).

Policy for resevations

Reservations (by phone only or in person).
“No reservation is accepted by e-mail”.

Reservations between 8:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. year round.

A deposit of $30.00 will be required at the time of the reservation. The amount of deposit is calculated for each 7 days of reservation (ex. 14 days will be $60.00)

Cancellation fees

Cancellation of 7 days and more before the date of your arrival, we refund $20.00.

Cancellation of 7 days and less before the date of your arrival, NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT.

Cancellation 14 days and more before the date of arrival envisaged could be deferred to a later date during the same calendar year.

A tenant who does not present himself at the date of his arrival, will automatically loses his installment and his reservation. We reserve the right of renting the site as of 11:00 A.M. the following day.

Any reservation of week-end requires 2 nights stay and 3 nights stay for the holidays.

We accept the deposit by VISA, MASTER CARD, DEBIT CARD or CASH.

Arrival

After 1:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M.

Departure

Campers must leave the camp site before 1:00 P.M. Additional charges of $9.00 per site will be required if you exceed 1:00 P.M. You can push back your time of departure up to 6 P.M. by paying an extra $4.50 You must warn us before 11:00 A.M. to profit from this option which is conditional with the availability of the ground.

Office's opening hours

From 8:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. (Week-end) and 8:00 A.M. until 09:00 P.M. (Weekdays)

Occupation

A camp site is a space arranged and reserved for the installation of one (1) tent only, trailer (pop-up), travel-trailer or any other motorized vehicle. Parking is for one car only (except agreement as a preliminary).

Payment

Any stay is payable as of arrival by VISA, MASTER CARD, DEBIT CARD OR CASH and is not refundable.

Refund

No deduction, no refunding for the delayed arrivals or preceded departures.
